Mushrooms on Toast: Mushrooms sauteed in butter with chilli, garlic, rosemary and parsley served on Rye / Potato-and-Rosemary / Ciabatta

Spiced Bean & Chorizo Hash:  Sauteed potato, tomato, green pepper, spring onion, spiced beans, chorizo, cheddar cheese, poached eggs and brown butter
